Proverbs 19:17   Clothing for village Pastors

 He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.

          This is our page dedicated to poor village Pastors and Elders who need clothing. We are able to purchase good used clothing for village Pastors and leaders at an incredibly low price. Bishop Bita can purchase them at the market in Kampala and distribute them at each quarterly conference along with Native language Bibles, Reading Glasses, and a new Road Master commercial grade bicycle. Our goal is to raise seventy five dollars for each quarterly conference dedicated to good clothing. This amount will purchase a HUGE bundle of good clothing. Bishop Bita personally inspects each and every item to ensure that every recipient has a quality piece of clothing that will last for years. He focuses on Shirts, Blouses, and Dresses.           Am so glad to give a brief report about Proverbs 19:17, our new project of Clothing for poor pastors, elders and their wives who are in desperate need for clothing. I had this concern for quite a long time because these beloved poor pastors who are doing a great work in the village churches in different parts of Uganda dress so poorly even as they minister/serve God with great commitment. Whenever and wherever we hold our bible distributing conference, some of the pastors, elders and their wives put on poorly, some even in torn clothes.
            In the poor villages of Uganda, even used clothes are more expensive than in towns because business people who sell new and used clothes in the villages sell them costly because they put in a lot of money to transport this business to the far villages. So they end up charging quite a lot of money from the villagers in order to make a good profit.  Because village people don’t earn much money, they find it difficult to buy good clothes.
           Am so glad that when I shared the need for helping to provide our poor pastors with good clothes, you felt so touched to raise money and provided some funds for clothes. I went to the market together with my friend ‘’Pastor Mukembo Ali’’ who took me where they sell good used clothes. He helped me to sort the clothes. He deals in used clothes.  I was able to pay for 40 pieces of shirts and 20 pieces of dresses at a fair price. We shall distribute the clothes next week in the conference along with the 100 bibles and 1bicycle. This is going to be a great blessing to the pastors/elders and their wives.

          Thanks a lot to you and all our donors, May the Good lord bless and reward you greatly for all your contributions towards N.T.F.I./B.F.U.  This ministry has been and is continuing to be a great blessing to the poor Village Churches and communities. All is because of our faithful donors.
          Every preparations for our May conference is done and we are only waiting for the day. The five days conference will begin next week on Tuesday 26th. We shall travel on Monday 25th  with Joshua so that we
may be on the ground in time for the conference. Thank you so much dad for the great effort towards our next week's conference. The lord provided for us so much towards this conference. Am sure that he will give us success as well during the conference. Son--- Bishop Pastor Bita
